[Consol] Consol 2004 - Application for conference on Free Software

Good Day,

  My name is Dave Poirier, I gave 2 keynote speeches at Consol 2003 last
  year in Mexico City.  I would like to repeat the experience this year,
  presenting one keynote speech (Using Proprietary Technology in Open
  Source Software) and one tutorial (The Unununium Database File
  System).

  I would be willing to cover the transportation fees if accomodation
  (room in someone's house is fine) could be provided.

  Let me know if this would be of any interest to the CONSOL 2004
  commitee so I can prepare more information for final review.
