tareas completadas

  • encapsular el uso de agentes en GOD: de hecho lo que hice fue crear 2 funciones para generar agentes, usar la introspeccion, y anhadirle un else a sequence_debug...todo lo demas sale por si solo

mi lista tudu

  • la muerte...programar la muerte
  • encapsular el compilado de genomas para hacerlo mas rapido
  • escribir algo sobre la nomenclatura

hay un nuevo flag en specificity para activar/desactivar este tema de los agentes...en vista de que hay un nuevo GOD en birdcageLibrary, me pregunto que tanto se mantiene un parentesco entre ambas versiones!
