delyric twexter welcomes Zura of Tbilisi

Zura Egetashvili of Tbilisi has agreed to code twexter plugin, then plugin a delyric chunkster to test with google translation. Both may be working in time for CONSOL 19 FEB, where we may find:

CS student to win http://twext.cc/go/google#summer_of_code

Dodo data is postponed, thanks to Rolando Cedillo. Now, thanks to Jergas, we do tweXML output. So the gig hiring in Mexico may be now clearer: We can work with Zura's code and help:

define tweXML output
simplify PHP Plugin API
share logic via UML or pseudocode
test debug develop plugins
manage twexter at sourceforge
