A continuacion la lista de acuerdos tomados sobre la pagina del ICME en la penultima junta. Website The global presentation looks nice but everyone agrees that more information has to be put in it very quickly, that some corrections have to be made, and some rubrics added. This is all the more urgent as the address has been given in the first announcement and thus the website is accessible to everyone now. Corrections (to be made this week): Survey teams are mixed with National presentations (already corrected). Latin-American activities not separated (already corrected) Typo errors (noticed and being corrected, using the first announcement which is correct). Information to add in priority (to be made by next week): Adding a rubric: How to contribute? On the right Congress part of the Home page. The page opened by clicking on this rubric has to include links with the entry page of the activities for which potential participants can offer contributions. In the summary of this page, it is also necessary to recall the different deadlines. Marcela will give the corresponding information. Adding a link in the Activity page for TSGs and DGs opening pages where the list of TSGs with title, co-chairs and the e-mail of these is given. Add in the top the information that co-chairs have to be contacted for proposals and recall the different deadlines. In the Home page add one place where persons can click for receiving the second announcement and enter the necessary information for that. Information to be added by mid August: Adding rubrics for grants and for accommodation and fill the corresponding pages. Adding the information corresponding to plenary activities, survey teams, submission of posters. Opening a specific space for each TSG and DG. Completing the information in the Registration page: mentioning solidarity task, Congress proceedings, lunch boxes.
