Dificultades con Dream Host

from the Observatorio dept.
Ya active mi webid es yunuen.
Necesito que me des permisos y/o acceso para poder configurar la Base de Datos MySQL.
Dificultades:
1. Al ingresar por ssh en yunuen@observatorio.becerra.org.
Me percate que no tengo permisos de escritura sobre el directorio donde esta configurado observatorio.becerra.org(/home/echoed/observatorio).
2. Como activo la base de datos???
