Hello Randal, I introduce myself; My name is Octavio Ruiz, member of the
Organization Committee of CONSOL, I was in the Veracruz event but I didn't
have the opportunity to say hello, anyway I hope see you (and say hello :P)
on February in our Congress.

Last week, chatting with Marco (Amnesiac) he told me about your interest in
be with us on next February. I talked with the committee and we are really happy
to know that you are interested!

But we have a situation, to be honest we didn't contact you before because
we can not guarantee the travel allowances (I mean, the airplane tickets)
and I (personally) don't know how can negotiate that peculiarity with you.

I'm glad to be in contact with you in order to be able to solve this
situation. The doors are open for you. :-)
