Hi again, Gloria, and a very happy new year!

I am very glad to hear this, I was really looking forward for your mail.
This will surely be very good news to our Committee!

Our conference will start on February 10 and end on February 13. 

Now, about your children - Of course, we would be very glad to have them
here. We are, however, quite low on funding as of now, and we cannot
commit to covering additional tickets... I know some people in the
committee will tell me I should not do this, but I can offer to pay for
a ticket for Larry and a ticket for you (committee: I will get the
funding for Gloria's, don't worry). 

I do hope having you here. All of our community is, in fact, after two
consecutive promises! :)
