We are in a Comitee meeting, and we were just told about your itinerary:

Winnipeg->Toronto:

Toronto->Mexico:

  18:10, arriving at 22:40
Mexico->Toronto:
  Air Canada (operated by Mexicana) AC9705/MX0886, Feb 10, departing at
  10:25, arriving at 15:55
Toronto->Winnipeg:

Now, about your stay: We do think it is very important to give you a room
near the conference. However, we are still quite short on money, and near
the University all the hotels are quite expensive. Would you accept
staying at this hotel the four nights of the conference, and the rest of
the nights to stay at the house of one of the organizers, Hokum, or the
person of your choice?
